@SharkB8 Please call customer service by phone. They will help you. Maybe you didn't fill out something. Did you get a member number? Looks like you are a newby. Try 1-888-345-5788. Have the item number or item ready. Hope this helps

@SharkB8 - A long time ago (years) I had this happen to me.
If you have the order number in your email, try putting that into the search bar under your order listings. For whatever reason back then, my order showed up, when I did that.
Or as others suggested either call CS or email the Social Team with the details:
