I noticed that two items I ordered were delivered today to someone in another state! And not even a close state!  I've tried to contact customer service by email and phone all evening, and they're having "technical difficulties". Wonder what is going on?

It's everywhere, I ordered a baking pan from Amazon, and I got Trident watermelon gum, a lot of gum.Now I have to send the stupid gum back, grr.😡😡

Sounds like they're recycling tracking numbers again.

I was told by CS that yes they are recycled numbers.  I have 6 orders that say delivered to all different states.  They are aware of the issue.

There is something wrong with their system.  I have a food item I have been trying to return for a week and everytime I use e-mail or chat is says it is not available.  How can a company with a huge online presence be down over a week.

I don't have time to waste hanging on a phone. 

I noticed they had no issue taking a new order online. 

Extremely disappointing.  Apparnetly retuning something is not going to become a huge hassle.

@sandjam  You know you don't have to return a food item, don't you?  They just credit your credit card.  I have never had to hold on long when calling on the phone.  I highly recommend you call them.  This could be taken care of quickly.
