almost every box or bag i receive has an invoice inside OR an invoice in a clear window envelope on the outside. it is very rare for me NOT to receive an invoice.

i do own a printer though and if i should not receive one, then i can print it out.

They must be trying to discourage returns.  Subtle, isn't it?

For a while I wasn't receiving many invoices or return labels either.  But lately almost every order I get has had one, although occasionally they're the three-part labels which aren't good for much.

I wonder if it depends on what you're ordering and which warehouse it's coming from.

I made more returns in the 1990's than I've made in the last 20 years!   Even though nostalgia tells many people QVC was perfect then, it wasn't for me. When I did returns,  I always wrote my own return labels, so what I see is QVC doing what the Forums asks for over and over again -  go back and do things the way you used to.

Actually I believe it's environmentally better not to print millions of return labels when a much smaller number of them is used.

When you bring the package to UPS, they will print out  a label with a bar code.  We have sent MANY packages where we write out the address label ourselves and UPS takes care of the rest.

I hardly return and might do a few exchanges now and then but I always have a return label and invoice with  my items.

I always get invoices and return labels from QVC. Is there a setting on your account, maybe? I am going to have to take a peek.

@Chessa35 @While it does cost them money to print out and provide return labels, they could offset this by increasing prices. The main reason they're doing this is to discourage returns.

I wonder if UPS can do this if you schedule a home pick up.
