What's happening with QVC shipping

I;ve been a QVC customer for over 30 years and never had a problem until now.   In the last few weeks 2 packages have gone missing and yesterday I received an order that was dramatically wrong.  I ordered a Kim Gravel top in white XL.  They sent me a white, pink and blue striped top in sizeL.  Never seen bad service like this fom QVC.

Over the years of ordering here I've had a few packages go missing.  It's not the Q's fault but the shipper (usually USPS).  I called to let customer service know and they either refunded me or sent out a new one.

 

As for the wrong order showing up, that has happened twice.  Again ,I called CS and they straightened it out for me.

@twoflaglady I too am a long time customer. As @haddon9 stated, it's not QVC's or any vendor's fault if a shipper loses packages or causes delays. Any time this has happened QVC has been the best at correcting the issue. They will either refund all your money or ship another out if in stock. They have never questioned me.

 

As for receiving the wrong item. You say in 30 years you have only had this happen recently? I would say that is pretty good service. I had it happen 2x, once with QVC and once with HSN. Humans make mistakes, it appears a mistake was made. I don't consider it bad service. IF QVC would not refund your money then yes, THAT is bad service. To make one mistake in 30 years is very good service in my opinion.

I agree they refund promptly but I missed out on 2 items I really wanted.  I had ordered the Valerie Parr Hill hurricanes when it was a TSV and that was a huge disappointment.

I also recieved a Kim Gavel pants that I did not order, and they had been sent to someone before me. I did order the pants but not the ones I got. I ordered an inseam of 29 inches and got  26 inches. Unless the description was wrong on the product, but Rachel was wearing them and they were to her ankles, so I do think someone sent me the wrong size.
