Positive reviews and free shipping are two things I like to see when I decide to purchase an item from QVC. But lately, I've noticed there are issues with the reviews for MANY products. One example is the Cuddle Barn Row, Row, Row Your Boat Animated Plush - on the Countdown to Christmas window it has 1 5-star review, but when I select it, in order to see if it has free shipping or not, it shows an average of 2.3-stars with 3 reviews. This isn't the only time this has occurred for me and seems to be more of the norm! What's up with this?

Here's what she's talking about.

When you put Cuddle Barn Row, Row, Row Your Boat Animated Plush in to the search bar at the top of the QVC page, it'll bring up the item.

In the title of the item, below the price it shows ***** (1)

But when you click on the item to read the description, and you scroll dow to read the five star review, you discover that there are actually three reviews for the item.

Two reviews are 1 star, and then you have the origional 5 star review, for a total of three reviews for the item.

That has happened to me to and I know exactly what you’re talking about. 

QVC likes to play facts and loose with what reviews they’ll let you see.
