I agree with you Pecky! I know we are in a pandemic but ONLY QVC do I have issues of items taking a month to get to me. I ask for the item NOT to ship an item and they tell me there is nothing that can be done to stop it. How can that be if they havent shipped it???
Amazon, Zappos. Nordstrom, Macys all manage to get my items in a reasonable period of time. Maybe a day or 2 later than what it would be pre- pandemic. The real issue is that QVC doesnt have the hosts tell the buyers that there are delays!! To say on tv you will have it in 7-10 days is clearly not true for a large number of people who choose to buy from QVC.
Consumers are smart and can handle the truth if given to us. I got sick of being given non answers and the run around. I choose to take my money and spend it elsewhere.
I wonder if that is what it will take to my QVC have its hosts speak up to the facts of the shipping issues. To put it on the website as if everyone reads that on their account page is disingenuous.

I just checked again and both are still stuck at the main post office!! I am very frustrated.

Sorry, but I have to disagree with your advice to "deal with it". There are far too many complaints about order fulfillment and the shipping process at QVC. The world cannot be wrong. I have ordered from multiple companies since the pandemic started last year and have received all of my orders within the time frame that they indicated. I appreciate the difficulties that QVC is having with their carriers, but there has to be a reason why this is happening. QVC has to take a good, hard look at this and fix the problems.

I have a month long shipping item too. I'm not going to be ordering much if this is the norm. I have to pay for speedy shipping to ensure timely arrival and that is just too costly. QVC needs to step up the shipping process or they will be losing customers.
