I am very disappointed in qvc. I ordered 3 items several weeks ago which I had not received. I called customer service last week. One item could not be located so it was reshipped. I finally received that today. 2 other items were in Pa. but had no activity for several days. I was told to wait until today & if I had not received them to call again. No package today. Call to customer service again & was told 1 item will be reshipped & will not arrive until after christmas. The other item is now out of stock!! So much for christmas gifts qvc. I have done almost all of my shopping on-line & this company is the only one I have had a problem with. If they cannot fulfill orders as promised they should shut their doors!

I don't know what has happened.... QVC is using some other kind of shipping system and it really isn't working....

The problem is not necessarily with QVC. I have been having all kinds of trouble with shipping--both sending and receiving. I live 50 miles from QVC and all of my mail goes through Philadelphia no matter what direction it will eventually travel in. The week after Thanksgiving, a package I sent to my great niece was lost enroute to Bethlehem PA for two weeks. I could have walked the darn package there. Then, a package from a friend in western PA got lost for nearly ten days before it arrived at my door. Both packages went off the radar with no explanation. In both cases, once we each filed a missing package report, the packages showed up. I would not want to work for the postal service at this time of year, but I wish the darn packages could talk so they could explain where they have been "vacationing." Good luck to you with your packages. They may still show up.

I've had a package stalled for a week. It has now been received by the post office this evening. It was stuck in "pre-shipment" received for over a week. It looks like it went from GA to NC to a black hole and then to VA.
Hopefully it will be delivered tomorrow.

I am awaiting one package which was shipped Dec 4 but still says in transit when I check tracking # hoping it may appear tomorrow. I guess it is the time of the year!

The problem seems to be with the USPS. Never great, they've never been this bad. Makes me wonder if they're expected to deliver all these Surepost and similar packages with no increase in staff, equipment, or budget. My bet would be yes, while the execs rake in big bonuses. If so, I feel for them.
I don't think merchants like QVC are the problem. I've also had missing packages.

I have to respectively disagree. I believe QVC is...at least...part of the problem. I ordered a hp laptop on Dec 14th, and it is still in process on 12/20. I called them about this and they said something about the shipper. This was supposed to be for a Christmas present, but is estimated to be delivered on 1/5? That's 21 days AFTER I ordered it! I'm not a happy customer.
Please fix this, Customer Care!

I'm having trouble with a Graver jacket that I ordered over a week ago. It's been in Process and the EDD is being moved back. Why don't they just ship it? I'm really annoyed at this.

I ordered 2 items, Duraflame Infra red heaters. One in Cream one in French Gray. Both at the time on Wednesday were last call on the colors. My order was placed before noon. The cream color was shipped UPS and arrived on Friday before noon. The second in French gray was shipped via a "Regional Shipper" called LaserShip. At 4:30pm on Wednesday they were notifed to expect my package, by 10:02pm they had lost the package!! Now the Gray is sold out and no back stock expected. Oh but QVC will be glad to provide a full refund. If I wanted to save my $165 I would never ordered the item, however I spent my money and expect my item to arrive. I spent over 3 hours of my time calling several different Facility locations for LaserShip on Friday plus the Corp offices in Vienna, VA. They have admitted it was lost upon arrival, and told to contact QVC to find out about getting a refund. Why should I have to do all this footwork to find my package? Why isn't QVC doing a better job screening and tracking the companies they contract with to ship their packages? Geeze, just read the reviews of LaserShip online like the rest of us do and QVC would immediatley cancel the shipping contract with LaserShip. I'd just like to know how you lose a package within 2 hours of actually receiving it?
