I don't think there is a promo code right now.  I think they just put in that box in anticipation of having one later like HSN does.

@halfpint1 - The "Promo Code" field is probably only going to be used by first-time buyers right now if they choose to enter the "FIVE4U" code online rather than calling in when they set up an account and make their first purchase. I'm guessing there might be more promotional codes in the future, but for now, I believe that's the only one in effect.

ETA: Ooohhhh, I just saw on air that it's currently a "TEN4U" promotion. Lucky newbies!

            I received an email message from QVC with a promo code last week.   The subject of the message was "Just Because We Miss You: $5 Off Your Next Purchase" and the body of the message contained a code.   I used it on Saturday's free shipping day and it worked, so I think this might indicate that a new discount program has gone into effect.   I hope so...  I think it's long overdue with QVC.

            @SeaMaiden,  It's been about a year, so I'm probably an example of someone who formerly was a frequent shopper and who discovered better quality, value and convenience (😉) elsewhere.   I think I saw another poster mention this same promo but not sure I can locate the post, but it would be interesting to see if those of us receiving the offer have been "away" from the Q for a long period of time.
