the issues aren't really resolved, I was just agreeing with the post. I still expect QVC to answer me...which they haven't. My charging hub (#3 item) did not arrive I called today and was told the post office lost it, no research no nothing just an instant answer the post office lost it, and that they could not see any tracking info, yet on my side I could see that it was delivered to some parcel locker in honolulu. I wanted to speak to a supervisor and they kept telling they could not get one.
Also, I had another halo product on advanced order it was slated to ship today I figured it would cancel like all the other advance ship halo orders I had, this one actually shipped. so if they could ship this one why can't they ship my other one, especially since they had already shipped one of the orders that was available right away...this is just crazy!! like I said, I am now having to scramble for alternate christmas gifts and not finding anything anywhere because everything is sold out including other vendors and stores....this really sucks!!
