This has been the worst Christmas shopping season for me with QVC. Here are somethings that have gone totally wrong:
1) ordered Halo Shine (3 orders, 1 available now and 2 advanced due to color availability)
I received the available now color order, a week later I receive a phone call that tells me I have to change my shipping address or cancel the order as they will no longer ship the item to Hawaii. This totally screwed me for Christmas gift giving. They could not provide an answer and blamed the shipper. I searched online for 2 days and could not find any new shipping regulations eff immediately. January changes for UPS for items with litium ion batteries. What's up with this???
2) order 6 lb Skaters Tin of Harry London chocoloates assortment of 9 -10 differenct candies half of the tin was filled with chocoloate covered pretzels and then 1 of the assortment there were only 2 pieces. I called customer service and the issued a refund. I called Harry London customer service to tell them of the issue and they told me that they sell the product to QVC and that QVC packs it. If this is true QVC what is going on with your quality control. Also the customer service rep told me item was no longer available so could not ship a different tin out, I still see these available online what's going on with the inconsistent info being provided???
3) today i checked tracking info on two products they say the are delivered...however they have been delivered to the wrong places. I call customer service and they blame the post office for having problems with their tracking #s again I cannot find any information online regarding this issue.
This has been the most frustrating 2 weeks, before this I have not had 1 issue with QVC...WHAT IS GOING ON?????

I hate when they say it is sent, but no tracking number. It is irritating to email Customer Service and give all information, order numbers, item numbers to ask for the correct tracking number.

There are other places to shop. If I'd had so many bad experiences, I think I'd try them. Why do you continue to place orders when there seems to be a great liklihood of them ending with a sad experience?

I completely agree. I don't understand the complaints about quality, shipping, etc. Is QVC an addiction for these people?

I usually have good luck in shopping with QVC. However, my luck finally ran out. Two items shipped on 11/30 still have not arrived and there is no progress in the tracking since 12/6. C/S and Social Team unable to help. Same for another item that I placed a day or two later. As a result, I canceled an order that I had placed recently. Not worth the hassle.

I agree. People wonder why people post their complaints so much. QVC (or any business) needs to hear feedback, whether positive or negative. If they don't know, they can't fix it!! I have done my share of complaining here & their facebook page. Facebook gets more attention, so I try to post my complaints there. QVC is nothing compared to what it used to be, in MANY ways!

I had the same experience. My items never did arrive by the method they were shipped. They were resent by UPS. It has been three weeks and they still haven't arrived by the postal system. I have no idea what happened. If you complain to QVC, they will resend by another method. Good Luck

Thank you, yes you have it exactly correct. I have done business with QVC for YEARS and only this year in fact the past 2 weeks have gone all wrong. it is not an addiction, living in Hawaii we don't have as many options as you do stateside. Besides I got no where with customer service on the phone so wanted to see if anything would get addressed here. Customer service just wanted to get me off the phone as quick as they possibly could, not the company's fault their hire can't service customers properly.
