Thank you!  That was very helpful, and it worked.  Now I have to figure out how to ask a question.  That is still spinning.

The issue is your browser.

Try changing it.

I was always using Edge and never had a problem.  Then about 2 wks ago, I could not leave a review ....it just was spinning and spinning....and had some of the other issues you had.

Switched to Firefox....no problems now at all.

@ciao_bella   surprise, surprise - another glitch.  This morning when I entered my password it asked me for my security question answer.  I have never had that happen.  Then I got an email from Q asking me to reset my password.  I ignore it abd went back abd I was signed in with no problem.

Honestly , I have never seen a website with so many damned glitches

I leave qvc alone. Every since they sent me a baby's necklace all knotted up I don't order..I didn't even check my debit card to see it got credited it..they even charged me to return it even though they sent me a necklace big enough for a newborn and knotted all up..I made it up in my mind. No matter how they make it seem don't fall for their sales pitch.
