What is going on QVC???

[ Edited ]

I am very frustrated with QVC.com!  I have tried to write reviews on products several times and after I sign in all it does is spin.  I have also been interested in buying clothes, but when I look at the item there is no "click here" size chart.  (A615677 and

A615682 to just name 2.)  No size chart - no sale!!  I also returned an  item.  I received an e-mail saying they received my return, but still no credit. I hope this gets better soon since  I am starting to lose interest in buying at all!  Oh and by the way I HATE POP-UPS!!  When I am trying to look at an item I don't want to see a pop-up .  If I wanted to give you the information I would have done it the first 200 times it popped up! (Nagging doesn't work.  Just ask my husband!)

@daisy4 Same here. I have tried to leave reviews lately and it never goes through. I have stopped trying. I also have trouble seeing the reviews on some days. It just won't show. And oh, the popups, I hate them so. I use another site for recipes and it's so aggravating with so many popups. Why do they want to irritate so?

This morning, on the main QVC page I clicked on the "Shoe Shopping" picture and mobility scooters came up.  Just now, I tried clicking on the Shoe Shopping picture again,  and "In the Kitchen with Mary" items came up.

@daisy4 I have not recently left a review but there are several posts on this board on how to do it. You may want to go back and read them. I believe QVC is attempting to eliminate reviews by people that have not actually purchased the item, which is very much appreciated, so you have to leave a review by going through your purchased items to access the review. Anyway, something like that.

As for "click here" measurements, I have no problem. I use chrome on my laptop and have no issues.

Returns have never been quick on QVC. I have also read on these boards that people will call after a specific amount of time and will get the credit applied. I just wait, it eventually is credited.

Oh, and pop-ups, this has also been heavily discussed here. No matter how annoying it is, it is not going anywhere as studies have shown they work. Search the boards and you will find others with a like mind if it makes you feel any better.

Maybe take a break from QVC also. Sounds like it just isn't the place for you at this time. There are many other places to shop, both online and in person.

I appreciate you taking the time  to answer each one of my complaints, but I have to say I don't agree with you.  As far as reviews go  if they are worried about people reviewing what they have not purchased  all they have to do is ask for the order number first.  I have been with QVC for almost 30 years , and I can tell you from experience they used to ask about your order before allowing the review.  I shouldn't have tio chase after posts trying to figure out how to do it.  I also couldn't ask a question since it just kept on spinning for that too - which has nothing to do with an order.

As far as "click here" goes the 2 items I was interested in last night do not have the measurements.  I cannot buy something ( and spend $70 on a top) without measurements.

As far as Pop-ups go there should be a limit on the amount of times they can ask you for the same information.  I chose not to give that information, and there should be some way to opt out of them.

As I said I have been with QVC for 30 years and intend to stay.  If enough people say what bothers them then that's how things get fixed.

If you get a pop up blocker for your device, it will help you.

To review things, just start from your order page and click on the item (recent change for the better).

If anything is spinning, you might want to switch to a different browser.   Anytime I see something that others aren't seeing, it's usually whatever browser I'm using.  If the issues were on QVCs side, everyone would see the same thing.

@daisy4. @Renata22.  When you want to write a review, go to Order Status, View Order then continue to the review process.  I haven't had any problem since I started doing this.

I always go through my account page to review and have never had a problem at all. Just an FYI, try that. As far as the popups....buy a good pop up blocker, I can't stand pop-ups so that is what I do.

I tried that.  It didn't work.  I can't ask questions either.  It just keeps spinning and then goes blank.
