What is Wrong with Signing in on Website

I keep getting this picture of the big lights on the ceiling in your studio and then it flips down to signing in.  Sometimes you are unable to sign in and you only see the lights in the ceiling picture. Even when you select "Reply" in a thread you get the picture.  Thank you.

@Katcat1    it's broken, works intermittently and nobody is able to fix it.
