Oh for heavens sake....no one is really "screaming" just because caps are used.

Who really cares if someone uses "inch high" letters?  I'm not insulted, nor are my ears hurting from the "screaming."

@Teddixat, she could, but a price adjustment would result in her paying more, not less. The tumblers were not less expensive the day after they were the TSV--in fact, they were more expensive--even with free shipping.
