I have about 4 items "in process" since 8/28. Callled CS who was absolutely no help at all. What is going on over there? I never had iems "in process" for such a long time. One was a Josie Maran, one was a Lock & Lock, one was a cleaner in a bottle and one is clothing so I assume they are coming from different warehouses. Can they all be having problems? I find this incredible.

I think it's the work place atmosphere at QVC.
What might clear things up for you is to look at the indeed website that does company reviews. The many pros and cons of QVC from their employees is eye opening. You should check it out.

Don't call CS to talk to a person, you are just getting lip service. Email CS, they have a permanent record of the request or complaint that way. IMO that's the only way I have been able to get satisfaction lately.

@lovesallanimals-- I was just gonna ask the same thing. I recently had a similar experience -- items "in process" forever. Now I'm waiting for VPH gingerbread houses that I ordered in August. If they ever get here, it will be well over the promised 10-day shipping. Also, when I order in multiples, I'll receive 3 out of 4 in the expected time, but the last item will come days later. How can that be? I ordered 4 sets of the Bethlehem Lights TSV microlights; I received three sets, but the harvest-multi shipped at a later date. Why wouldn't they ship all four sets together? You would think TSV items (high volume) would be at the ready!
I was patiently waiting for their process to improve, but it seems to be getting worse!

I have an item that has been "in process" since August 23. They have also received a return about the same time. Of course, I haven't been given my return credit yet either. I am not ordering anything anymore from QVC.
I don't understand how they stay in business.

I agree shipping is not what it used to be with QVC. I placed an order on Aug. 29. It is now Sept. 7 and I am still waiting. We have switched to using Amazon more because it is more reliable. I firmly believe that UPS is part of the problem. Packages can sit in their terminals for a couple of days or more if they don’t have a truck going to the next stop on route to your area.

Whenever I think it has improved it slows down. I don't even pay attention to the EDD any date, as the last time it was a week later. The TSV storage boxes and I was thinking when to start sorting that week .Then one set a came and two days later the other set? They were all ordered at the same time? It must be what we used to call 3rd class shipping. As they saying goes.....It is what it is.

this really is ridiculous! I've had a Tatcha cream in process for 6 days now , what is the sense of having a item on auto delivery and then have to wait a week to get it even shipped ? I guess I have to move my shipment dates from now on up a week in order to get an item before I'm out of the product, which I am now😡
funny thing is some items shipped in a day while others take forever ! What is that about 😼. I would call cs but what good would it do . Hsve done they many times only to hear it depends on the item , how busy they are and where it's coming from etc. no real answer, and they also don't seem to be able to maive it along either 😠

qvc is the problem, not ups, I order alot and follow these boards, qvc got too big too soon and their processing dept, return department, has weakened to a snail's pace. There have been posts for over 8 months and qvc refuses to hire more people to serve the customers who keep them in business. It is a shame, they should learn from Bezos from Amazon on how to keep customers happy but qvc would rather have customers wait 2 weeks for them to process an item, and two or more weeks to get their credit for returns. It is not ups, or the post office, the items have to get their first, and obviously that is the problem, qvc is working bare bones so everything is delay delay delay.
