What happened to my hearts for My Collections?

Up until a couple of weeks ago I used to be able to add a product to My Collections by clicking on a little heart in the window. What happened to them? Are My Collections going away?

I was wondering that also.  I called customer service and she had them on her screen but not me????????  Then the next day I had them for a short time and then they were gone again.  That was last week and I have never seen them again.  I hate the new size charts as they are so much harder to read.  Why can't QVC tell us that they are updating things???????????
