Aloha Customer Care! I recently ordered an item that changed from "In Process" to "Backorder". I've never seen "Backorder' status before. What does it mean & how does it differ from "Waitlist"? Please advise.

@SurferWife Backorder typically means that we do not currently have inventory but are actively working to restock. Your fragrance is backordered, however we have stock in others if your interested.
