To deserve being completly ignored about a real problem with an order?  2 calls to CS and 1 email to QVC customer care and now my second post.

they answered her on 3 other items, this is a different item. On the 26th she posted about it and said she would email them.

 

I think maybe she should just wait for them to reply via email rather than using this forum to get all her answers from them. Holidays probably mean a lot of people took vacation time,
