Weekend Website ongoing issues

Seems every weekend for the past 2 months or so, the website crashes in some form or other.  When is QVC ever going to fix the glitches ?  Customer cannot access correct account information.  I have made numerous inquiries to the social team (email) and by phone and nothing seems to improve.  Tired of seeing the "call customer service" banner when you cannot access your own information.  Then you call (on the weekends) and you are listening to music for upwards of 1/2 hour or more.  Sometimes no one answers.  Seems to be systemic.

I've never had the their website "crash."
