lately I find QVC'S website is very slow ,  it's never been this slow at least on my device. Very annoying!  So many glitches and I dont know why they keep happening.

It's been running incredibly slow for me for a while, including the product pages loading.

 

I keep getting a message that "QVC is not responding due to long running script" and I've cleared cookies, etc.

 

I'm using a laptop with IE and I refuse to play the 'browser hockey' game, when I don't have this problem with  ANY other websites.

 

It's virtually stopped my shopping here at QVC.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Yes, I agree.  Ordering online via laptop and it takes a long time to reload, bring up pages, etc.

I think QVC has taken to rolling out code and updates in waves, like the program guide changes and the addition of the cross-site browsing tabs, and that affects different systems and tools (and therefore customers) on different days. Yesterday, the site was running so slowly that my Chrome browser kept timing out before search results could load, and even when I clicked a link directly from a menu or page, the content wouldn't be presented properly. But today, everything is back to being nice and fast with no lagging.

 

Ah, the joys of the Q's web design... Smiley Indifferent

@KingstonsMom  I have to agree with you ,  it's been suggested to me to try different browsers, c,ear cookies et .  That it is my iPad that needs to be updated, and maybe that plays into part of this ,  but I never had any problems until recently,  more like the last couple of months.  It's beyond frustrating and I don't understand why they can't fix all these things!    Maybe once poeople stop purchasing as they did QVC will realize something is up 😏

I haven't had any trouble with speed or gotten any messages to that effect.  The large entity problem seems to be resolved so I'm zooming along.  Perhaps the problem is with your ISP.
