Was the website updated because I can no longer log off or see menus -- items recently on air, TSV, orders, make a payment, etc. This is extremely frustrating and no longer user friendly. Is this a Safari issue? Does Chrome or another site work?

Everything is working normally for me in Edge and IE, on my laptop.
Try clearing your cache and restarting or try another browser.

@cheygal50 i am on my iPad using safari. I can click into the menu in the upper left corner about an inch below the top. From there, more clicks take you wherever you’re likely to want to go.

@cheygal50 I'm on Safari on a MacBook Air, and everything is working normally for me.

When in doubt-reboot. Shut it off and restart it. And then go into your history and clear it out. It's probably just you clicked something that hid your menu bar. And no there are no issues with the website, it's your Ipad/laptop.
