I ordered a product about two to three months ago. The item never arrived. It got stuck in the mailing system and ultimately was returned to QVC. I have since had the item refunded, but you all charged me shipping and hangling of $7.00. I want it returned to me.

If you used the QVC return label, there is a $6.95 charge (minimum), which is deducted from your refund, plus the original shipping amount on the item, unless it was defective.

It never arrived, so I don't see how she is responsible for any shipping.
QVC's shipping is a hot mess right now. Customer service is even worse.
I'm about done shopping here. Will post on the boards, but I'm tired of the hassle of orders never received, delayed, wrong, damaged. It's all just ridiculous for a company that has been doing this for decades.

Are we talking about your Tatcha order? That non receipt refund was a complete refund of all monies paid. It was on easy pay.

I was charged $7.00 on 7-29-2020
This is indeed a shipping charge from that order.
It never arrived here for me to return it.
This is postal error that I don't want to be charged for.

I apologize - I was looking for a $7.00 charge but you are absolutely right about being charged for an item you did not receive. I have refunded you $6.95 and current processing time is 3 to 5 business days.
