Yesterday (1/19), I received an email from QVC informing me that my waitlist order of 12/4 has been cancelled. When I looked up the item (set of Temptation mugs), I see that it is available (it's a different color, but same item number and same product). I can only assume that they don't want to honor the December sale price. I've now had some kind of problem with 2 out my last 3 orders with QVC...very disappointed! I hope others are having a better experience.

@Hrvatska - Call CS and tell them you would like to still have the item, but you are willing to change the color. They might be able to help. Good luck!

If it is a DIFFERENT color now available....it is NOT the same thing you ordered!
They can't just assume you would accept a different color than what you originally ordered!
It has NOTHING to do with honoring a price.
If you order a shirt and small is on WL....would you want QVC to just send you a Large instead?
I agree with the other poster. Call CS and ask them to place a NEW order for the different color at the old price.

@Hrvatska - Waitlist orders get canceled after 45 days, if they don't think they will be getting in any more stock. It sounds like you hit that marker.
I agree with the others: contact CS and explain that you would like them, even if in a different color, and ask them to honor your original price. I'm sure you won't have any problem.

I had this happen on a returned item, they told me my new choice was not available as it was sold out. Yes, it was. So I went to "as is" and got my choice, cheaper! This was a Belle top. Give it a try.
