EVERY MONTH I need to CHANGE MY PASSWORD for this Q CARD!!!
It so FRUSTRATING...and of course, I HAVE THE RIGHT PASSWORD AND USER ID yet SYNCHRONY BANK keeps telling me its WRONG...THEN LOCKS ME OUT!!!
The worse part is I have to go through my Q sign in to GET TO the QCARD. PLEASE Q IT DEPARTMENT .... FIX THIS!!! OR GO WITH A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T HAVE THIS PROBLEM.
(I have other cards through Synchrony bank and NEVER have this problem!!!)
I have tried from my IPAD and even my DESKTOP...today, I tried so many times its LOCKED ME OUT!!! MY GOD ... FIX IT!!!!
