WHY FOR 2 DAYS ITEMS REFLECTING 5 EASY PAYS ONLY GIVE 3

Yesterday clearance reflected 5 easy pays on all items, yet at check out u only get 3.  Thought the system had not been fully updated so tried again today and same issue.  So do you offer 5 easy pays to customers or not?  IT department must be getting ready for Santa.  I missed many items I wanted to get because of this gliche.  CUSTOMER SERVICE please look into this.  Gracious thanks

I am having the same issue.  Only 3 even though everything is supposed to be on 5. I have tried adding and deleting to my cart and editing the payment but nothing will trigger the 5 payments.  Sad.

Same here. says 5 easy pays but when I click on the item I want to buy it says 3 easy pays.
