WHERE IN THIS CREDIT YOU GAVE ME FOR A FOOD ORDER

oN 4/21 i ORDERED lANDIE'S CANDIES ORDER #**** FOR $36.30 Item #M68266.  DELIVERY TOOK SO LONG WHEN THE ORDER ARRIVED ALL THE CHOCOLATE WAS MELTED AND STUCK TOGETHER.  I SENT A MESSAGE TO SOCIAL QVC AND WAS TOLD I WOULD BE CREDITED.  I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CREDITE3D - WHERE IS MY CREDIT?

Hello @grooms 

 

A refund of $36.30 was released to your QCard on 5/7.  Depending on your billing cycle, it can take up to 2 billing cysles for the credit to appear on your statement.

OMG....thank you for checking on this but really it was credited on May 7th and still has not shown up on my account as I check it weekly.....wish when you buy something it takes two months to appear on your bill!
