QVC's website is so slow yesterday and today. Yesterday I know there were problems and with free shipping I'm sure it was over loaded. But why today. It takes me forever to go from to forum, not to mention my earlier post about trying to enter the sweepstakes. QVC needs to look into all the IT issues they are having. It's getting old. I know I'm not the only one having problems. HELP!

I had trouble last night. Couldn't even get into the CS functions, but today I've been zipping along.

I can't watch any videos. Just get the message: This video can't be downloaded as there appears to be a problem with the server or network or because the format cannot be supported.

I have the same issue. Doesn't matter what browser or what computer I use..................same thing. I have run virus scans etc. I have not deleted cookies only because I hate to lose all my sign ins, etc. Anyone else having this issue. Everything on my computers is up to date.

@Dorothy11 I've been getting the same message too re the videos since late yesterday. Amazing how long it takes QVC to fix their website.
