How can you purchase a top when you click on the size chart and you are given the the chest width.  What about the chest measurement in inches?  I have no idea what the chest width is.  There were so many measurements for this top (A306717) it was ridiculous and I still could not figure out my size.  Please supply the basics.  Women had to be guessing at what size to purchase but I do not shop like that.  I want the specifics.
