Videos won't play

When I go to the page for an item, the video usually starts.  Now it just shows an X in the center of the page and some moving rectangles.  Is it just my computer?  I cleaned out cookies but it did not help.

Restart your computer

 

Switch browsers

 

Make sure Adobe Flash Player is updated.

@Another new name Sue  You ar not alone. I have had the same problem for a while. All the things people have suggested have NOT worked for me - clearing cookies, different browsers. All of a sudden a video will play. The next item the video won't play again. It makes no sense. I thought maybe signing in might make it play but I'm not sure that works either. Others have the same problem so that tells me it isn't our computers. I will not buy anything if I can't watch the video unless it is a product I have purchased in the past. It has saved me $$$.
