STILL having video/audio problems on this website, I wonder when it will be fixed.

Same here, regardless of which device or browser, the video reaches 09 secs and just stops.  It would be nice to have this fixed soon!

It is so frustrating.  I found out today that I can view the full presentation videos on my iPhone and Kindle Fire.  But I can't veiw them on my laptop.  The video stops 9 seconds into the presentation.  Fix it pretty please,

QVC ..YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING!!! NOT ONLY CAN I NOT WATCH VIDEOS FOR MORE THAN 9 SECONDS ..I CAN NO LONGER WATCH QVC LIVE OR QVC PLUS ON MY COMPUTER...IT ALSO ONLY RUNS FOR 9 SECONDS!!!!! WTH?????

Hi @BalletBabe, I still have only 1 second...I have sound and can watch QVC, U.K. videos, but only 1 second of ours...Google Chrome is what I use and it's been updated and cleaned and cleared! LOL!!   Thank you though, Spikey's mom

@spikeysmom   I am sorry to hear that, because a lot of people are saying that it is working.  When I saw that I went on to microsoft edge, as that is what I used to sign on with, and was not able to watch them there.  It works there now for me.  I am sorry that you cannot get yours to work.  :0(  Really strange when so many now are saying that it is working.
