Now the videos will not work on my computer, laptop, ipad, hp tablet, kindle fire or my phone. This is not the fault of my desktop computer. It is at QVC's end, This is getting old.

  I also notice this problem over a week ago & have checked out every possible cause for it to no avail in remedying the problem?? All other Web sites show no problem in streaming their video!!  

I hope that this problem will get resolved soon or addressed to all of us so we can have a solution to fixing this video issue?

Hi Everyone, my video's are STILL not working. It's been 2 weeks. I am able to choose color's and check out but I won't be doing so because I can't view the video to see if I want it. Spikey's mom
