I understand with the shipping being delayed because of the hurricane, but my order of A303205 has been in Ontario California since the 20th with no updates on the tracking. I ordered on the 16th, it was shipped on the 20th and is still there. This has happened before when something comes from that area with no updates. Is there an issue with that shipping vendor? Thanks for any help

I see 2 postings here about slow shipping. Not according to the Q - I tried to cancel a SG item this AM that I placed last night - not allowed to cancel b/c item is in process. LOL Somehow in process and actually out-the-door are two different things.

What is strange is that I have items shipped to my home and my mom's. We live in PA about 8 miles apart and anytime I ship things to her the shipping is much slower and tracking is horrid. Go figure.

@FS74. Ontario, Ca. is the location of the West Coast QVC warehouse. Your item apparently has not yet shipped.

Remember a while back they cut all "normal" item shipping to $3.00
That is when the "slow boat from China" began sending our orders.
I would rather pay a few bucks more for the faster shipping.

It took over 6 days for my item to ship out. That is ridiculous. Someone definitely needs to organize the shipping depts. Other very large companies mail out in 1 and 2 days. What's up Q?

@Katcat1. It's pretty obvious that the prompt shipment of merchandise is not a priority with QVC. They've always had trouble with the warehouse operations. Remember the merchandise like SG's roadkill coat that went on for years and years? Where else can you receive merchandise that stinks like mildew, presumably from being stored incorrectly or too long?

I ordered an item and was thinking about canceling it a couple hours later but couldn't because it was processing. Didn't ship for 6 days!

FWIW I just checked my tracking. It arrived at New Stanton PA On 9/24 around 9pm. It should get to my mom's in a couple of days. I don't mind about the long shipping times, I just wish the EDD would be more precise so I can let my mom know when it is coming.
