VOLUME IN THE VIDEOS WONT TURN ON. i HAVE UPDATE ALL THE VOLUME ON MY COMPUTER. CALLED THEM AND THEY SAY NO COMPLAINS.  BUT IT IS THEIR PROBOLEM.

I had this problem with the phone I had before this one. I had to use the Q app to hear the volume. The problem for me was, I couldn't see the forums on the app so I had switch back and forth. Since I upgraded my phone, the volume works on this one.

I don't have any problems with the sound on any of the videos @Annie94 

On my desk top (Edge), Kindle (Silk) or Samsung Phone.

I doubt it is 'their' problem and would suggest trying a different browser.

@Annie94 I know computer issues can be a pain but if the volume is heard by others, no complaints from anyone else, its an issue with your settings on your computer. I can hear from every device.

I have no problems with hearing anything either.

Can you see the volume option at all? Is there an X beside it? Are you using a browser? Which one? 

I don't understand the FIX THIS NOW demands, with no actionable information whatsoever.

You need to expand the video and look for speaker its not QVC but the way software operates on the Internet

On occasion I've had the same thing happen to me.  However, here is what I had to do.  First, make sure you're volume is up on your computer, laptop or phone.  Then go to the video, click on the volume button so the slash is off the volume icon.. THEN, go to the picture of the video and CLICK on the picture itself.  That seems to activate the sound to turn the video on.  That's how it works for me, so perhaps it will work for you.  Give it a try.
