Re: Used QVC return label and mailed today 12/28- tracking says it has been in transit since 11/7

@vonhonabon

You will, they never 'ignore', at this time of year, (THIS year especially!), they're kicking tires and putting out fires, LOL!

If you don't hear back from them tonight, re-send your email tomorrow AM, to make sure they received your email.

@vonhonabon  Sounds like you may have used a portion of the shipping label that included the tracking number for the original shipment to your home.  Even if that is the case the package will eventually get back to QVC or Worx.

FYI: if ever you want to return an item to QVC and the shipping receipt doesn't seem to have the definite return label (the one with the reason form etc), you can print one from QVC.com  Go to your order history, click the specific order, and select return item.  A return form will pop up for completion and the last page is a prepaid label to use.  The schedule return pickup is definitely the way to go because it saves a trip to the post office.

Every label I have gotten from qvc even if I never used it, was shown already in transit status on FedEx website.....

Buy your own labels. Bringing this to the post office shows it as delivered right away because they hand it off to FedEx. Then you have absolutely no tracking. Unsure where liability is for a lost package, but FedEx doesn't offer any options in continental US that takes longer than a week. I get packages from china in 2 weeks, by boat then ground.. never going to use these qlabels again, not worth it.. if you had a tracking number showing it was delivered, they would process the return immediately. But now it's in a room waiting to be processed and they don't have to rush as it is "in transit" from before you even get the label.
