Unknown Charges

Hi Everyone,

I am not sure if anyone has had the same issue lately, but I unknown QVC charges on a CC I have on file but have enver used on QVC before. When I log into my account it shows I have not placed an order since 5/13/20, but my CC was charged on 5/26/20. I triple checked my bank and QVC account and found no order and my easy pay chrages were still being charged on my designated CC.

@Jessiandthestars Good Morning,

I took a quick look at the account and you have an advance sale Josie Maran order that just authorized. Advanced sale orders do not authorize the card initially but do authorized when they are ready ship.
