Unhappy with new QVC.com format

I find the new format of the QVC.com pages unpleasant at best.  Unfortunately QVC continues to follow the unfriendly website format of hsn.com.  There is so much QVC could devote its resources to improving, I do not understand the purpose of the new changes when the previous format was much better.

1.  There are now large prominent boxes/area for whether a review is helpful.  This is not in the least helpful information to which I would never pay attention, so highlighting it makes no sense.

2.  The item number is now in faint very small typeface. This is something we often need, so making it visible to your customers would be a good thing.

3.  Removing the ability enlarge the photos via zooming...while technically still there, it doesn't zoom in as closely. We need to be able to zoom very close so we can see the fabric because this necessary info is not provided in the item description.

4.  I want the description to be visible without my having to designate show more. This is another example of needed info being minimized while using the space for unnecessary info

Wow, this site is not working today for iPad ....

5. There is a huge amount of landscape for the intro to the review section, yet the reviews themselves are in tiny light font.

Not to even mention the fact that it gives my Firefox browser script errors almost all the time. And depending on how you get to an item the page may or may not load completely.  To view the TSV I had to switch to the Edge browser.

Agree!  Do not like the new "Review" section.   Too much space and emphasis on less important parts of the Review.    Also, the Hearts / Thumbs change.  It is not consistent and thumbs (to some of us, anyway) might have a different feeling and/or meaning to some.  Appears questionable that  the IT department spends their time and energy on these  "new" changes. Meanwhile,  It still  takes about six trys to "Log Out" on a tablet because the command won't stay on the screen long enough.

Re: Unhappy with new QVC.com format

I am using an iPad and was wondering if everyone is experiencing what I am seeing when I click on recently on air product link.    I am no longer able to view pictures of all the pructs at once.  I have to click on each item one at a time.   When did this start?  Frustrated as I often review the shows after they have aired this way.  Is this what everyone is also seeing or is this because I am viewing on an iPad ?

What I have a problem with is being able to read the info on the left side of the TV screen when an item is up for sale.  The wording is not dark enough to read it when it's against a light background.
