I purchased an As Is item during Christmas in July. I expected the item to be a return. I did not expect a broken item. The item I received was clearly damaged. I returned the item within 30 days. After several weeks the broken item was returned to me. Customer service suggested I return the item again. It is very disappointing that a broken item was mailed twice.

I would email QVCsocialteam@qvc.com. Give them your order number and what your experience has been with this product. It was defective from the beginning and no reason to pay S&H. Also, let them know how you want your refund to be applied (original  payment method or credit on your account). Hope this helps.

I thought "As Is" meant there could potentially be something wrong with the item.

@D Kay  As Is: This product may be a customer return, vendor sample, or on-air display and is not in its originally manufactured condition. It may not be new. In some instances, these items are repackaged by QVC.

"not in its originally manufactured condition."

Well, the OP pic confirms that!

I believe they are not suppose to be broken!

No, "As Is" items are not supposed to be defective. If they were marked as such when returned, it should have been permanently pulled from inventory.

@page mom, sounds to me as if there was only one As Is available. The one you keep receiving. I think it would be a waste of time and effort to try a third time.

no "as is" should be defective or broken.  I called QVC CS long time ago about this, as I wasn't totally clear what kind of chance I was taking. They said, as it does online, may be sample, on air item worn, not in original box or package, etc. they still have the QVC satisfaction guarentee.   The item I bought was shoes, and actually they looked like new.
I woukd do as poster suggested and write social team, with info. They will take care of you and amend shipping charges
