I am unable to track my order. I ordered an item on Aug 9 amnd anticipated delivery date is Aug 14.There is no option to track order.All I can ascertain is that the item is en route.I find this unacceptable. Please assist in explaining this matter

@vcvc.  Your order, like one of mine, has probably fallen off of the face of the earth.  It was transferred from the warehouse to the shipper and that's where it disappeared.  Never got a tracking number,  not another entry.  Then, suddenly two weeks later, it was delivered, still with no tracking or delivery Info.  I'd alteady ordered a duplicate.
