glitches in the site.. when i came in my order page said refund issued for everything i purchased for maybe 5 seconds.. than it cleared?? even for things i purchased and already have...  i kept checking and its still doing it...

Me either.  I can no longer find my account information, either.  This is needed to view orders, returns, start a return, etc.  Very frustrating!!
