Unable to get through to Customer Service and No Response to Chat

What is going on with the Customer Service line and Chat?!! I have been trying to speak with a Team Member to expedite a return/exchange as in my experience with exchanges without calling has been abyssmal!  Put on hold and disconnected many times...then the last call I was on hold for nearly 45 minutes.  Was trying to get my return/exchange in the mail before the post office closes today.  QVC what is happening to you? Smiley Sad

They are swamped with calls from people who want to complain that their order has been "in process" for 5 days.  They don't understand that CS sees the same info we see and has no magical connection to the warehouse, so they can't tell anyone anything.

@Kkins  email them, they will get back to you and there is a record of the request.

I just emailed them and told them of my difficulties.  I have had bad experiences several times with exchanges and found that if I call and speak with a Team Member the exchange is seamless.  Thank you.
