As a customer, I would think I could get information from the "Customer Care" forum so not getting your response here.  Thakfully others were willing to help, including the qvc social team so it does appear to be the place to ask. 


GREAT POINT, GenXmuse!  That was really boss of the social team to jump in and help you!!!  Sure, this is customer care.  Why not state your issue here?  I agree!
