Remember that email address, it's the only one you'll ever need to resolve a CS type issue.

I still get the prepaid labels.   I think if it ships directly from the vendor, you won't get the label.  So just call and they can send you one.  Not a big deal.

EDITED:   i CONTACTED THE QVC SOCIAL TEAM ONLINE.  THEY IMEDIATELY HANDLED MY RETURN TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION.
