Turnaround Time and Customer Service Declining

What is happening with the Customer Service at QVC?  I' ve noticed it takes longer to receive packages and have encountered several mistakes in the past few months.  

Also, whenever I return something, I always check the area asking that I be notified via email when return is processed -in the past, I always received an email promptly when the return was received and a refund issued.  Now, it NEVER happens - why bother to offer this option if it is ignored? Just seems like customer service in the shipping department is beginning to deteriorate.
