I sent 3 items back, now owe with late fees on the items returned  $58.40...I am TRYING to pay this with my Discover card at Sycroney and it says somethings wrong come back later..I want this  done, before they tack on MORE late fees for NOTHING that I kept....I got NOTHING and its costing me 58.40 

Do they not take Discover cards now?

@proplady It's rare for a credit card company to allow you to use another credit card to make a payment. Here is Synchrony's policy:

What methods of payment can I use to pay my bill?

In addition to online payments (single, multiple and Autopay), we accept checks drawn on US financial institutions, money orders, Western Union, Walmart Bill Pay services or electronically submitted payments from your financial institution. Payments may also be made over the phone, but we will charge you a fee to make phone payments. Gift certificates and credit cards are not accepted as a form of payment.

@proplady  You're using one credit card to pay another credit card?  Never heard of that.

I think one must pay the money that is owed,not what has been sent back. I think.

Are you trying to pay it off online or over the phone? If you are here on the Q website then you can scroll up and go to My Account. From there you can find manage my account and (if you haven't already) access your Snchrony account. You only need your email address and to create a password to see your account. If you have a checking account you'll be able to enter that information and pay off your balance by debiting your checking account.
I've used Walmart financial services before (as mentioned in another comment and bill paying counters found at all their stores) and they were very helpful. You'll need the credit card billing you, bank info, and ID. There may be a small service fee. They'll walk you through this and you'll be done with it! Although you still WILL NOT be able to use your Discover card to pay it off. Cash works there!

Personally, I'd log in from this website and explore all your options and see how easy it is. Then I'd call Synchrony and ask as a one time favor to have the interest waived. They often will do this. Good luck!

I believe you will have to get a cash advance from Discover and pay it off or a balance transfer to a new, hopefully lower interest credit card.

Read the payment rules. You can't pay a CC with another one. That's kind of basic.

@proplady First:  you can't pay a credit card bill with another credit card.  See the policy someone posted.  

Second:  Sending something back doesn't mean you can't pay your credit card bill while it's processing.  

QVC takes Discover to pay the original purchase price, not to pay a credit card bill for that original purchase per the credit card rules.
