Hi,

I am returning a pair of Revitalign shoes for a larger size.  I've processed the return with the label, but how do I tell QVC what size I need?

Thank you.

Wasn't there an invoice with the return label?  That is where you would fill in wether you wanted a refund or exchange info

@Another new name Sue - Just write the information on the packing slip. I would just write in big block letters, "EXCHANGE FOR SIZE X, SAME COLOR" (or whatever is appropriate for your situation).

When your package is officially on its way—meaning you have confirmation from the USPS that the agent has picked it up or a tracking update from UPS that it has left the dropoff point—I recommend calling customer service or sending an email to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com with your exchange request details. They will confirm that your return is en route and can often send your exchange right away so you don't have to wait and potentially have your desired option sell out.

Good luck!

@Another new name Sue.  If you didn't get a return slip you can just include all the info. On a plain sheet of paper.  Your order number is extremely important.

Doesn't matter what you do.

I included the filled out return slip with reason ( damaged clothing, BIG grease stains on front),and asked for an exchange of same.  And QVC did not exchange it. The item is still online and available. I got a message, finally, that they cancelled the order and "refunded"  it. Well , AFTER they deducted to and from shipping.

Ok, I feel when something comes with a big grease stain on the front, that should not be up to the customer to pay , that was company error. This was not a tiny spot. There were SEVERAL of them!

I got less than 1/4 of the money I had paid  as credit. So they got out of paying replacement shipping by just cancelling it completely.

Sorry Q, as much as I liked the item. I'm done buying any more from you. There are other options. Lots of them.

@gimmeabeach - It sounds like someone made a mistake in processing your request; it happens, especially with a big company and lots of items going back and forth. Send a message with your order details to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com, and they will help you get the proper refund.
