Today it's please excuse us for the delays in customer returns. Anyone want to place bets on what we're expected to excuse next week? Maybe it's just time to take responsibility for your poor business practices and stop with the excuses!

Slow shipping I can sort of understand if they're moving warehouses but slow returns processing is a matter of not having enough employees working on them. Maybe the ought to get rid of a couple of high paid hosts or execs and hire some returns processors.
Since they're so slow processing returns, can we be equally slow returning merchandise?
