This page isn’t working

www.qvc.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500
 
 
 
NOT MY COMPUTER!!
 
 
Now the APP is not working either.

Why doesn't QVC post a message about the problem. Communication is key to customer satisfaction.

Nothing is working for me. I can't see what was on previously, can't search for anything.  It's a mess.

I was not on the QVC site most of the weekend but on air last night they acknowledged many times the website was having issues and if you wanted to order to either use your mobile apps or call in.

 

I do agree when they are having trouble they should post something on the main page thought.

 

COMMUNICATION is key but honestly its not a strong suit where I work either.
