I have 3 TV's with 3 different Amazon Firesticks and the QVC/HSN app on all 3. Since a few days ago, the guide is 3 hours ahead meaning at 9AM this morning (8-14-25) the guide said Jim Shore, but was actually showing Susan Graver, which the guide had at 6AM, and all the programming on at 9AM was all the programming for 6AM for all the programs on this app. This is just one example but all the programming is for what it says 3 hours before. I am in the EST zone and all my time zones are set correctly on my TV and firestick, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have reset and restarted the Firestick many times and have checked everything I know to. I don't see any other conversations about the guide so I thought I would ask. Is there a problem with the app? Thank you.

I am having the same issue with the Roku. It's driving me nuts!

I'm glad I wasn't the only one! Ironically as of right now, 2:45PM 8-14-25 it is perfectly fine. All the channels line up with what is actually being shown so hopefully yours is fixed too!
