I just had to call CS about an item I received damaged, to be sure I wasn't charged for return shipping.

I regret that I didn't write her name down, so her supervisor could see this post!

It wasn't that she told me what I wanted to hear, she went above and beyond and had such a pleasant demeanor and sweet voice that my disappointment at receiving a damaged item (no longer available) wasn't so bad.

I believe in giving credit where credit is due and I know the CS reps are taking a lot of heat for many problems at QVC, that are totally not in their control.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Re: The Nicest CS Rep!

@KingstonsMom  So kind of you to post this.  For the most part, QVC's customer service is still very good.

I am soooo happy to see a postive post !  Every day there are more and more complaints here.  This forum is not the complaint department.  Thank goodness there are kind people like you.

Thank you so much for the kind words! I will see if I can identify the representative that provided you with such great service so that she can be recognized!

I did email the Social Team to see if they could determine who she was by the return of this item on my account and notify her supervisor of a job well done, so hopefully they can!

@Barbara-QVC

I sent an email to the Social Team with my order #, maybe that will help track her down!

I would love for her supervisor (and QVC) to know what a great asset she is!

@KingstonsMom Thank you posting this positive statement about a customer service representative.  For three and a half decades for a major non-profit I used to be a customer service rep--heavy phone, e-mail, and sometimes face to face, so I know how much it means when a client gives positive feedback.

It is a very stress laden job since you have to represent the company at its best for hours on end and even if the client is wrong you can never indicate that, or assign the blame to another division of the organization.
