The DB method squat machine

<p>I received my squat machine without the promised "12 month" access to DB method app. Called customer service and was greeted with a condescending customer service rep. Told it will take a few days to contact manufacturer. I contacted QVC via chat for follow up. Representative had the audacity to tell me to contact DB method myself. I did not buy the item from their website. I bought it from QVC with the assumption that they would honor what they "said" would be included with this sell.&nbsp;</p>

You'd get what you want quicker by contacting the manufacturer yourself...that's what I would do. Anyway good luck & enjoy the squat machine @NiqueGK.
